Hannah is a Content Writer for The Leaders Team at Twinkl. In this role, she has created many informative resources and research-informed courses for school leadership, incorporating her knowledge of both teaching and leadership to offer valuable insights and guidance. As a former English and Music lead, with 10 years experience teaching in primary schools, Hannah is passionate about supporting educators, helping them to save time and comprehend the latest updates and initiatives, enabling them to focus on delivering best practice and high quality teaching.
Hannah's love of literature and language is lifelong and underpins her passion for all aspects of the teaching and learning of reading and writing. She has supported early career teachers with their practice, offering advice and guidance to enable them to plan and deliver effective learning opportunities for pupils across the primary age range. She has a Masters in Education Practice and Research for which she completed a project on feedback approaches, exploring how capturing pupils’ views about the feedback they receive on their writing could be used to develop and implement new and exciting approaches in the classroom.

Nicola is Twinkl's National English Lead, and in this role, she strategically leads the subject of English across the business, ensuring its alignment with the latest pedagogy and current needs. Her career spans over 20 years in education, encompassing roles as a teacher, subject lead, deputy headteacher, and Local Authority Literacy Advisor, from mentoring Initial Teacher Training students to delivering impactful coaching and professional development, and as a lead author on NPQH, NPQSL and NPQLL programmes.
Nicola's experience also includes working nationally with multiple key UK organisations and Trusts as an English Lead and Professional Development Lead for English. Her passion for improving outcomes for all learners through literature and language is the driving force behind her work, as is empowering educators at all stages and shaping best practices in English education.

Laura Brogan is Twinkl’s National Education Lead in Phonics, with a First-Class Honours Degree in Early Childhood Education and National Professional Qualifications in Senior Leadership and Leading Literacy. With over a decade of experience in schools, she has held roles including Assistant Headteacher and Trust Phonics Champion, leading best practices in phonics instruction across multiple settings.
Beyond school leadership, Laura has contributed to the education sector through speaking engagements, resource reviews and CPD training for teacher training providers. She is passionate about the power of effective phonics instruction, championing how phonics supports learners to be successful readers and writers.

Rebecca is the Director of Education at Twinkl Educational Publishing. A qualified secondary headteacher with an MA-Ed in SEND & Digital Learning, Rebecca is a passionate advocate for the transformational power of literacy, EdTech and quality of education. She leads the expert teams who deliver innovative inclusive curriculum resources, professional development, Edtech solutions and educational news, to over 6 million educators worldwide.
Prior to joining Twinkl, Rebecca worked in education for over 16 years in various roles, including Trust Teaching Excellence Lead (EYFS-KS4), Assistant Headteacher (Secondary), and Whole School Literacy Lead (KS3-KS5).

Sam's love for education began in the private sector, where he worked as a trainer and coach for several years before transitioning into the secondary classroom. As an English teacher, he was employed in various school settings across South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire, before entering the world of EdTech with Twinkl.
Taking responsibility for all secondary content, Sam reimagined the entire resource offering, becoming the progenitor of ‘Beyond Secondary Resources’, Twinkl's successful high school suite of products. Via the creation of a catalogue of resources that truly resonated with secondary educators and students, Twinkl's secondary audience grew ten-fold globally, under Sam's tenure. Following a stint as the National Education Lead (NEL) for Assessment, during which time he produced professional development podcast ‘Obsessed with Assessment’, Sam has returned to his first love as the NEL for Secondary English.

Michelle is the National Education Lead for EYFS (Schools-Based), championing high-quality early years provision. With over 25 years of leadership experience across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, she has held senior roles, including Assistant Headteacher, Specialist Leader of Education and EYFS Aspiration Leader.
A TES columnist and regular contributor to Early Years Educator Magazine, Michelle writes on pedagogy, practice and early years policy. She also serves as an external examiner for undergraduate and postgraduate Primary and Early Childhood Studies programmes, supporting academic standards in higher education.
Previously a Lecturer in Education and a Fellow of Higher Education, Michelle is passionate about inspiring educators and ensuring every child has access to outstanding early education, guided by research, professional development and reflective practice.
Tracie is the National Lead for Early Years (PVI and Childminders) and Parents (1000 days) at Twinkl Education Publishing. Over 30 years' experience in early childhood education, holding EYPS, a BA in Early Childhood Studies and being a qualified Mental Health First Aider, Tracie is dedicated to improving outcomes for all children. Her diverse career includes roles as Regional Trainer, Programme Manager, HE Lecturer, School Trustee, LA Early Years Advisor and various PVI and school based nursery positions. She is passionate about supporting early years educators through reflective practice, professional development and high-quality inclusive provision, to ensure every child gets the best start in life
